We are looking for a passionate Full Stack AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered solutions for our legal recruiting platform. You will work on both frontend and backend systems while implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize how legal recruiting works.

What You'll Do:

  • • Develop and deploy large language models for legal applications
  • • Build full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
  • • Implement AI-powered candidate matching and recommendation systems
  • • Create intelligent document processing and analysis tools
  • • Optimize AI models for accuracy and performance in production
  • • Collaborate with the product team to define AI features and requirements

Requirements:

  • • 3+ years experience in full-stack development
  • • 2+ years experience with AI/ML technologies
  • • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
  • • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
  • • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • • Understanding of legal domain is a plus

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Scale Up Counsel to enterprise clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with our talent ops and Executive teams. An interest or experience in legal recruiting is a plus, as you'll be engaging with HR and talent acquisition leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • • Drive revenue by selling Scale Up Counsel to law firms and legal departments
  • • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • • Build and maintain relationships with HR and talent acquisition leaders
  • • Collaborate with talent ops and executive teams on client needs
  • • Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise clients
  • • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics

Requirements:

  • • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR or legal tech
  • • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex deals
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
  • • Interest or experience in legal recruiting is a plus
